Who are we?

After several years at BCG, Alice worked at Google and DeepMind, where she was in charge of business and operational strategy for the company's healthcare activities and artificial intelligence applications.

With a background in health engineering and management, Alexandre first built Zoī’s medical and operational foundations as Head of Medical Operations. Now Chief Product Officer, he leads product across two surfaces: Codex, our physician-facing clinical software, and the member app, where a medical diagnosis turns into clear actions and measurable behavior change over 12 months.

After successfully completing numerous healthcare transactions (M&A, IPO and Fundraisings) at J.P. Morgan in London, Antoine joined Doctolib to take charge of various strategic projects, including several M&A deals as well as the €500 million Series G fundraising in 2022, before joining Zoī as CFO.

Jérôme Salomon is a professor of medicine specializing in public health and infectious diseases, former Director General of Health in France and former Assistant Director-General of the WHO. The author of 130 publications and chair of the scientific committee, he oversees medical excellence, the scientific quality of Zoī’s preventive-medicine protocols, research and medical innovation.

An entrepreneur from an early age, Paul spearheaded the launch of Fancy in Europe (over $115 million raised), then co-founded Workwell, a proptech start-up that provides the world's largest property landlords with an app for their tenants.

Co-founder of En Marche and former special advisor to President Emmanuel Macron, Ismaël led the strategy for the 2017 presidential campaign and was instrumental in revolutionizing political life, shattering a 60-year-old binary political system.

A Polytechnique graduate, Emile began his career designing IT systems for commodities trading, before becoming CTO of the startup Fitle and then helping scale the insurtech Luko, where he led part of the engineering teams. He joined Zoī in 2024.

Tyra has held a number of HR leadership roles in various sectors. Among her initiatives: the creation of a corporate university (Mazars), the development of talent incubators (Kering) and the launch of a wellness program for 100,000 employees during Covid (JLL). At Zoī, she puts her HR expertise to work for growth and leads sales.
