Zoī's meticulously crafted offerings are available to individuals aged 18 and above, seeking to undergo a comprehensive preventive assessment and receive ongoing support in adopting personalized lifestyle enhancements.

Do you provide services for individuals with chronic conditions?

Zoī's services are rooted in preventive medicine and well-being, and are not tailored for treating chronic conditions. If you’re dealing with a chronic condition, it's advisable to consult your physician. Nonetheless, having a chronic illness doesn't hinder you from benefiting from a Zoī preventive check-up alongside your curative treatment.

What types of doctors are available on your platform?

The participating doctors on our platform are skilled general practitioners with specific training and experience in preventive medicine.

Do you have an in-house team of doctors?

Zoī collaborates with a partner medical team composed of independent general practitioners and specialists, in accordance with medical ethics and professional standards. You have the freedom to select your participating doctor within the app.

Does the program include a follow-up? If so, for how long?

Yes, our program entails a one-year follow-up facilitated via a subscription to our app. Opting for a "Year 1" offer also grants you a second follow-up check-up, enabling you to assess your progress several months after the initial check-up. If you choose to renew your subscription beyond the first year, the offer includes an annual check-up and ongoing guidance within the app.

Do you provide ad hoc consultations?

We exclusively offer a comprehensive medical check-up pathway which necessitates a visit to our center in Paris. We do not offer standalone online consultations as part of this program.

Is the service available in several languages?

Yes, our service is currently available in French and English.

Can I recover all my health data?

Of course- you have the ability to access and download all your data within the Zoī app whenever you wish. For more details on how we collect and process your personal and health data, as well as information about your rights, please refer to our Privacy policy.

Who owns my health data?

Your health data is exclusively owned by you, and we handle it with the utmost care. It will never be commercialized in any form whatsoever. Your health data will be solely shared with healthcare professionals responsible for your ongoing care within the framework of the Zoī preventive check-up program.

Will you sell or share my data with other companies?

No, we do not and will never engage in the sale of any of your data. Your health data is exclusively shared with healthcare professionals overseeing your ongoing care within the Zoī preventive check-up pathway, along with partner laboratories. Both your medical and lifestyle-related data shared through the app, which you've consented to share, will be pseudonymized throughout the process to safeguard your identity. Will my data be used for research purposes?

Where is our health data stored?

All data is stored and managed on infrastructures certified under HDS (Health Data Hosting) regulations.

Where is the center located?

Zoī Vendōme center is located at 12, rue Volney, in the second arrondissement of Paris.

How do I know if you cover where I live?

For the time being, all check-ups are carried out at the Vendōme center. Afterwards, support can be provided remotely.

Are you planning to build other centers?

To meet the growing demand for preventive medicine services, we are planning to operate other check-up centers, particularly out of France. Stay tuned.
