Director of Experience responsibilities revolve around building an out-of-this-world customer experience for our members. You will collaborate deeply with our real estate, medical and tech teams to make sure that there is an end-to-end consistency across the Zoī physical and digital experience. For you, there is no such thing as a "detail".
To be successful in this role, it is required to have perfect soft and managerial skills, and to have experience in the luxury hospitality/retail sector. You are used to working with demanding people and you have an eye for hiring the best hospitality talent. You know how to make people feel at ease while absolutely blowing their mind.
Clinical Coordinator responsibilities revolve around optimizing and implementing coordinated customer and staff tracks within our first location. You will collaborate deeply with our real estate and medical teams to make sure that there is an end-to-end consistency and optimal security & privacy all along the on-site customer journey.
To be successful in this role, it is required to have had a similar experience in the medical/clinics sector, and to be interested in upgrading the standards of such a facility. We are also accepting freelancers for this position.

Senior Product Manager responsibilities include defining the product vision and strategy, understanding the needs of our users, working closely with our tech teams, writing product requirement documents (PRDs), updating and suggesting roadmap evolutions and monitoring the use and impact of all our projects over time.
To be successful in this role, you need to have 4/5+ years of experience in a startup, healthcare, consulting firm, or another fast-paced work environment. Ideally, you have worked on a healthcare B2C product. It is also key to have strong interpersonal skills, be an excellent team player and be fun to work with.
QA Engineer responsibilities include development of QA tests and improvement of the CI/CD pipeline. Zoī main assets are a Javascript web application (reactjs/graphQL/nodesJS), a mobile app (ReactNative) and an expert system (Apache Drools).
To be successful in this role, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in QA Automation. You are used to work in an AWS environment with an agile methodology. Healthcare skills are a big plus.
Senior Security Engineer will be in charge of all of Zoī's security aspects, including cloud platform, mobile apps, software stack and IT. To be successful in this role, you need at least 5 years of relevant experience in analyzing security systems, seeking security improvements on a continuous basis, and implementing effective solutions to cybersecurity problems in a cloud environment.
Healthcare experience would be more than appreciated.
Software Mobile Engineer responsibilities include development/QA (e2e tests) /deployment (CI/CD) of new innovative mobile applications.
To be successful in this role, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in react.native, iOS & Android native code and a good knowledge in GraphQL. You are used to working in an AWS environment with an agile methodology. Healthcare skills are a big plus.
Senior Software Web Frontend Engineer responsibilities include development/QA/deployment (CI/CD) of new innovative Javascript web applications.

You are used to working in an AWS environment with an agile methodology. Healthcare and data science skills are a big plus.
Healthcare API Engineer responsibilities include data integration/data quality of healthcare pipelines.
